Every new idea runs the risk of becoming surrounded by pitchforks and firebrands; though it must be said it would serve us well if some of them were lynched.

"Lynching" of course started as a punishment of Americal Loyalists by American Patriots. See your post below.

This is clearly a superior site and behind it, a curmudgeonly superior intellect. You, sir, appear to be a scribe of the very first order. I have just made reference to this. The fact that the inaccessible dearieme also appears here is testimony and I do enjoy his randomly dropped sense-bombs.
