The phrase "of course" is apposite.
A perfect example of usage, I'd say.
I can heartily recommend Mt Pleasant Elizabeth Semillon from the Hunter Valley. I don't suppose that it grows on a midden. (I give this tip in the spirit of Jesus being sound on wine and this rather being his - or His - weekend.)
